Arun Enterprises provides a service, not physical goods, so no items are shipped or couriered.

How the service is delivered

The vehicle under the Drive to Own scheme is handed over in person at an authorised showroom or our office, after your onboarding and paperwork are completed. Handover timing is as agreed in your signed agreement.
The Driver Mitra app is delivered digitally — you download it from this website and sign in with the credentials your fleet office provides. Access is available immediately once your account is created.

Because there is nothing to post, there are no shipping charges or delivery timelines for goods. Any physical documents are provided at the office.
