Arun Enterprises ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through our website and the Driver Mitra app, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, mobile number, and vehicle assignment.
• Payment information: processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not store your full card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
• Documents: identity, address, and licence documents you provide at onboarding.
• Location: where you enable it in the app, the vehicle's location is shared with your fleet office for operational purposes. This is disclosed to you in the app, and an active-location notice is shown while sharing is on.

How we use it

• To operate the Drive to Own scheme and your account.
• To process payments and maintain your payment ledger.
• To provide fleet operations, support, and required communications.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (such as Razorpay for payments), and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Security & retention

We take reasonable measures to protect your information and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your choices
